We have a 30 day return policy on any unopened items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your product is in the condition stated above we will then issue your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Late or missing refunds

If you have been approved for a refund and it has not posted to your account within 30 days:

  • First check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
